Marketing Director of Consumer (Remote) at charity: water

Director leads consumer fundraising strategy, paid media campaigns, and recurring donor growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management.

Lead Remote Posted about 1 hour ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Main Areas of Focus: Subscription/recurring giving growth ¡ Donor acquisition, retention & lifecycle ¡ Paid media leadership

Location: Remote, Nashville, TN preferred ¡ Monthly travel to Nashville required

Eligibility: charity: water hires from all 50 states. At this time, we are only considering candidates eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

HIGHLIGHT

As Director of Consumer, you will own charity: water’s most important revenue mandate: growing the Spring, our recurring giving community and the financial engine that sustains the mission. You’ll lead a team responsible for every stage of the consumer donor journey, from first gift to long-term commitment, building the systems, programs, and channels that bring new donors in and deepen their connection over time. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Marketing & Partnerships, you will own a full-funnel fundraising strategy spanning paid acquisition, lifecycle retention, and campaign management; directing agency and contractor partners on paid media while managing two direct reports. This is a role for someone who thinks in lifetime value, builds in systems, leads with data, and is energized by the idea that more Spring donors means more clean water for communities in need.

JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Consumer will  own charity: water’s $25M+ consumer revenue target. Your north star is Spring: the number of recurring donors enrolled, how much they give, how long they stay, and how many move deeper into their giving over time.

You set the strategy, hold the brief, and own the outcomes: campaigns drive 1x giving, lifecycle keeps donors and moves them deeper and paid media finds the next audience. Your job is to architect that engine and hold all of it accountable to Spring growth.

Paid media is central to this role. You are fluent in performance marketing — strategy, channel mix, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management and experienced directing agency partners to execute against your vision. Long-term, you’re building toward an AI-optimized model that reduces cost and agency dependence. You understand where that trajectory leads and are actively steering toward it.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

Spring Revenue & Donor Growth

  • Owning charity: water’s Spring recurring revenue target — acquisition, retention, upgrade, and LTV — as the primary measure of team success

  • Building and managing the full-funnel consumer donor journey from first gift through multi-year commitment. Actively looking at how to accelerate a donor’s depth of giving and move consumer donors into Mid & Major portfolios

  • Designing and optimizing the 1x-to-Spring conversion pathway, evaluating one-time giving programs primarily through a recurring conversion lens

  • Partnering with the VP and Revenue Resources team to define ‘major donor ready’ signals and build the handoff infrastructure that captures them

Paid Media & Agency Leadership

  • Owning paid acquisition strategy across all channels (paid social, paid search, TV/CTV, display, direct mail); setting the brief, directing agency and contractor partners, and holding them accountable to performance

  • Managing a multi-channel paid media budget with rigor — forecasting, tracking, and reporting on CAC, CPA, ROAS, and revenue attribution

  • Building toward an AI-optimized media operating model that replaces long-term agency dependence,  staying current on how AI is reshaping paid acquisition and accelerating its integration it into how the team operates

Team Leadership & Channel Management

  • Managing and developing two direct reports: Campaign Senior Manager and Lifecycle Senior Associate, with clear performance expectations and regular developmental feedback

  • Building the feedback loops between paid media, lifecycle, and campaign functions that compound learning across every activation

  • Owning channel performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, retention rate, upgrade rate, Spring conversion from 1x, and LTV

  • Leading the Consumer team’s experimentation and testing infrastructure; frameworks that generate learning across creative, audience, and channel, not one-off tests

Systems & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partnering with Growth Product to improve Spring conversion rates, ARPU, and retention through landing page and onboarding experimentation

  • Partnering with Data & Analytics to establish Spring donor performance reporting as a single source of truth across acquisition, retention, upgrade, and LTV

  • Collaborating with Corporate Partnerships on shared audience strategy; partnership-driven awareness feeds paid retargeting poolsWorking with Revenue Resources on the upgrade pathways that move Spring donors toward major giving

  • Integrating AI tools into Consumer team workflows; creative optimization, audience targeting, performance monitoring

YOU MUST HAVE…

  • 8-10 years in consumer marketing or fundraising with direct ownership of revenue targets, including significant time in a growth or performance marketing capacity

  • Hands-on paid media experience, you have personally directed paid acquisition strategy across digital channels (Meta, Google, paid social) and understand media planning, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management at a meaningful scale. Agency direction experience required.

  • A commitment to integration & collaboration. You’re more eager to see the organization’s revenue grow then just Consumer. You work well with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver exceptional experiences and strong experimental designs.

  • Extensive experience with subscription or monthly giving programs.  You have owned a recurring revenue product (subscription, membership, or monthly donor program) and have demonstrated results in acquisition, retention, and upgrade.

  • Full-funnel fluency: you’ve managed or closely directed paid acquisition, lifecycle communications, and campaign programs as an integrated system, not separate functions

  • Experience managing direct reports and agency or contractor relationships. You’ve developed people and held external partners accountable to performance

  • Strong analytical instincts. You are comfortable with CAC, LTV, retention cohort analysis, and the metrics that distinguish a healthy recurring revenue program from one quietly eroding

  • Clear POV on how AI is changing paid media and marketing operations and a track record of leaning into new tools before they become standard

IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU HAVE…

  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or with mission-driven consumer audiences

  • Familiarity with direct mail as a channel; audience segmentation, cadence strategy, creative testing

  • Experience building or scaling a recurring giving or membership program from the ground up

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF…

You are Spring-obsessed. You think about donor lifetime value, recurring enrollment, and retention rate the way a SaaS operator thinks about MRR and churn. You know that a donor who stays is worth more than three who leave. The mission is the reason the number matters and you hold both.

You think in systems, not tactics. You don’t just run campaigns, you build the infrastructure that makes every campaign smarter than the last. Testing frameworks, performance feedback loops, cross-channel learning; these are how you create leverage from a lean team.

You lead people with clarity. Your team and agency partners know what they own, what success looks like, and how their work connects to the larger goal. You develop talent, resolve ambiguity early, and create an environment that attracts strong performers.

You are AI-forward, not AI-curious. You’ve already started building AI into how you work; creative testing, audience analysis, performance monitoring. You understand where media buying is going and are building toward it, not managing around it.

You take initiative.

You see something that needs improvement and you take action. You propose solutions to problems and research subjects that will help you do your job better. You’re proactive about making sure various departments have the information they need about your projects.

You have a team ethos.

You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced start-up environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission. You’re excited to work cross-functionally with other departments.

TEAM OVERVIEW

Marketing AI Search and Discovery Lead at Modern Treasury

Develops SEO and AI search strategy to establish Modern Treasury as an authority across traditional search engines, LLMs, and developer communities for payment infrastructure discovery.

Lead Posted about 1 hour ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Modern Treasury

Modern Treasury provides trusted infrastructure for money movement. The company helps teams launch and scale payment experiences in days, not months. With best-in-class developer tools and a single API for fiat and stablecoins—plus built-in compliance, ledgering, and reporting—Modern Treasury enables businesses to move money instantly, reliably, and at scale.

About the Role

As money movement becomes more programmable, buyers increasingly need guidance on how to evaluate, architect, and operate payment infrastructure. Search and AI systems are becoming a critical part of that discovery journey.

We’re hiring an SEO & AI Search Discovery Lead to help shape how the market discovers and evaluates Modern Treasury.

This role is centered on what content we create, where it lives, and how it drives discovery across both traditional search and AI-native answer engines. You will define the topics, formats, and surfaces that make Modern Treasury the authoritative source on payment infrastructure, orchestration, and PSP architecture. That includes our owned content, the developer and operator communities where buyers gather (HackerNews, Reddit, etc.), and the third-party platforms (G2, TrustRadius, YouTube, etc) that LLMs and search engines treat as authority signals. Winning in 2026 means showing up authoritatively across all of these surfaces, not just on moderntreasury.com.

You will partner closely with our design engineer, who supports technical SEO execution. Your job is to set the strategy and build the content, ecosystem, and authority standards. Their job is to make the platform deliver on them.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who understands technical buyer journeys, infrastructure storytelling, content ecosystems, and how to win organic discovery in the AI era.

What You’ll Do

  • Own AEO strategy across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews

  • Map and optimize Modern Treasury’s presence across the full LLM-ingested ecosystem (HackerNews, Reddit, G2, TrustRadius, YouTube etc.) to improve AI-driven discoverability and citation weight

  • Define and own the topic cluster and authority map for Modern Treasury’s core categories: payment orchestration, PSP architecture, ACH and RTP infrastructure, stablecoin rails, ledger systems, reconciliation, embedded payments, sub-account systems, multi-rail money movement

  • Build evaluation content for technical and operational buyers, build vs. buy frameworks, comparison pages, architecture guides, implementation patterns

  • Partner with founders, executives, and engineering SMEs to translate product and market shifts into authoritative content

  • Own SEO and AEO performance analytics, connecting organic performance to pipeline and revenue

  • Partner with a design engineer on technical SEO standards, schema, and structured data. You set the standard, they own execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 to 8 years in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth, ideally at modern B2B SaaS, fintech, infrastructure, API, or developer-tool companies

  • Proven track record growing qualified organic traffic and pipeline through content strategy, not just technical fixes

  • Strong perspective on how search is evolving in the AI era, with hands-on experience or active experimentation in AEO

  • Highly analytical, comfortable working in large datasets to identify trends, diagnose performance shifts, and quantify opportunity

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Profound, or similar

  • Strong understanding of technical buyer journeys, including how developers, payment ops, and finance buyers evaluate infrastructure

  • Ability to write. The senior IC bar at Modern Treasury includes shipping content, not just briefing it

Modern Treasury is committed to equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate in any employment opportunities or practices based on an individual’s race, color, creed, gender (including gender identity and gender expression), religion (all aspects of religious beliefs, observance or practice, including religious dress or grooming practices), marital status, registered domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry (including language use restrictions and possession of a driver’s license issued under California Vehicle Code section 12801.9), natural hair, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, medical condition (including cancer or a record or history of cancer, and genetic characteristics), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical condition), genetic information, sexual orientation, military and veteran status or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state, or local laws. It also prohibits unlawful discrimination based on the perception that anyone has any of those characteristics, or is associated with a person who has or is perceived as having any of those characteristics.

Modern Treasury participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Marketing Senior Social Media Manager at Airtable

Designs and executes social media strategy across multiple platforms, creates platform-native content, and leverages AI tools to optimize workflows and identify trending narratives.

Senior Posted about 1 hour ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to architect Airtable’s social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, and build out the program with real intention. This role calls for someone who can build an overarching social strategy with distinct, channel-specific approaches that reflect how audiences actually behave on each platform. You’re inheriting a program with momentum, and your job is to take it further.

The ideal candidate thinks like a journalist with a beat, is proactive in their social media approach, and is a self starter and does their best work without much direction. You’ll also utilize AI to optimize workflows and get strong outputs from them.

You’ll work closely with Brand, PMM, Content, and Events to keep social connected to everything happening at Airtable – product launches, campaigns, live events, and cultural moments.

What you’ll do

Strategy Architecture

  • Design and own an overarching social media strategy with a clear point of view, and develop channel-specific approaches that reflect the distinct dynamics of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Define the strategic framework that governs content priorities, platform investment, voice, and cadence across channels and evolve it as the landscape shifts.
  • Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows that reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, freeing up more bandwidth for high-leverage strategic and creative work.
  • Treat AI fluency as a strategic advantage, staying current on how the tools themselves are evolving and factoring that into how Airtable shows up in the AI conversation on social.
  • Write platform-native copy that earns engagement and sounds like a human wrote it.
  • Stay ahead of AI and tech trends not as a passive observer, but as someone who synthesizes what’s happening and translates it into differentiated, timely social narratives.
  • Finds insights from analytics, emerging trends, or from internal teams and turn them into always-on content pillars on social.
  • Identify and monitor KPIs and success metrics per platform, and use them to sharpen strategy over time.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Events and agency partners to build cohesive narratives that are adapted for each channel.

Execution & Content Creation

  • Proactively develop and refine agentic AI workflows to streamline the social workstream. Build and manage agents that assist with content research, drafting, performance monitoring, and more.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (copy, video, images, stories, reels) across all social channels, maintaining brand voice while tailoring to platform context.
  • Own the social content calendar end-to-end, ensuring posts are timely, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Exceptional copywriter with high attention to detail.
  • Show up on camera as a confident, natural talent and a representative of Airtable— whether for short-form video, demos, commentary, or thought leadership content.
  • Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and moderate conversations to build community and brand trust.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing on paid social media to support traffic and conversion goals.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics weekly and monthly.
  • Use data to drive ongoing content optimization and strategic refinement.
  • A/B test content formats, posting times, and engagement tactics to improve performance.

Who you are

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B or tech environment.
  • A proven strategy builder — you’ve developed overarching social strategies with differentiated, channel-specific approaches, not just managed a content calendar.
  • A genuine student of your space: you track industry shifts, competitors, and cultural moments the way a journalist covers a beat — proactively, consistently, and with a point of view.
  • Deeply curious about and experimental with AI. You not only follow what’s happening, but are building and experimenting constantly, and incorporate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript) into your workflow in ways that sharpen your output.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera — you can present ideas, narrate content, or be the face of a campaign without needing a production team to make it work.
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content production skills across formats.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams without losing strategic clarity.

What we offer

  • Duration: 12-month contract
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Schedule: 40 hr / week
  • Location: Remote (United States)

Airtable is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace diversity and strive to create a workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives. Marketing Head of Marketing, UK at Nexo

Head of Marketing leads UK market strategy for a crypto wealth platform, bridging central teams and local market intelligence to drive HNWI acquisition and optimize customer experience.

Lead Posted about 1 hour ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Driving the next generation of wealth.

Digital assets are redefining how wealth is created, used, and transferred. Since 2018 at Nexo, we have been building the future model of financial wealth - dynamic, accessible, and designed for a new generation of forward-thinking investors.

But technology alone doesn’t drive progress. People do.

We are a team of builders, strategists, analysts, creatives, and operators united by a shared mindset: advancement. We move fast, think long term, and take ownership. We challenge ideas, not people. We value clarity over noise and impact over optics.

What makes Nexo different?

We shape industry trends. We rethink how wealth works and build solutions that reflect that belief.

That requires a certain kind of person.

You will thrive here when you think independently and act decisively, take ownership without waiting for permission, and care deeply about quality, long-term value, and disciplined execution. The people who succeed at Nexo bring analytical depth, sound judgment, and resilience - but also curiosity and the drive to keep improving.

This is an environment for people who want to lead, create, and elevate what already exists. If building what’s next excites you, you’ll feel at home at Nexo.

Official website: nexo.com

Your role:

  • Stakeholder Enablement: Act as the local bridge to central Paid, Partnerships, Creative, Web/SEO, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Product teams. Ensuring they have the context to ship the right thing, first time.
  • Market Intelligence & Channel Mapping: Build and maintain a live view of the United Kingdom landscape: high‑traffic crypto/finance publishers, creator/influencer ecosystems, affiliates, events, communities, OOH opportunities, and regional ad platforms.
  • HNWI Acquisition Insights: Define and refine HNWI personas, targeting hypotheses, and messaging angles that resonate locally. Identify premium media and moments that HNWIs in the UK actually consume.
  • Improve Customer Experience Across Key Touchpoints: Identify gaps in landing pages, FAQs, help center, and onboarding flows specific to the United Kingdom. Provide concise briefs and QA localized assets before launch. Collaborate with central teams to prioritize fixes and experiments based on local insights.

Marketing Director of Consumer (Remote) at charity: water

Director leads consumer fundraising strategy, paid media campaigns, and recurring donor acquisition/retention to grow $25M+ revenue stream for nonprofit.

About the Brand

Crowned Skin is one of the fastest-growing men’s grooming brands, redefining how men approach self-care, fragrance, and confidence. Founded by Chicago entrepreneur and former Big Tech leader Darrell Spencer, Crowned Skin created the viral “Body Butter Cologne” category — premium body butters and body oils designed to moisturize deeply while smelling luxurious enough to replace cologne.

Since launching in 2024, Crowned Skin has grown into a multi-million-dollar brand powered by culture, community, and disruptive storytelling across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, and social media. The brand has built a loyal customer base by creating products that make men feel confident, attractive, and elevated while bringing a fresh, culturally relevant voice to the grooming industry.

Crowned Skin has been featured on Shark Tank, Forbes, Tamron Hall, Amazon Rising Stars, and major media platforms, quickly becoming one of the most talked-about brands in men’s personal care.

Our content is at the center of our success. We create bold, entertaining, and highly engaging social-first campaigns that blend humor, confidence, luxury, and culture while still driving strong conversion. We move fast, think creatively, and constantly push the brand forward while staying authentic to the Crowned Skin voice and community.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands internet culture, storytelling, engagement, and trend-driven content while helping us continue scaling one of the most exciting brands in beauty and e-commerce today.

About the Role

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing Crowned Skin’s social media and content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms. This role will create and curate engaging content, manage the content calendar, and drive community engagement to support acquisition, retention, and brand awareness goals.

The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven and able to translate brand storytelling into content that resonates culturally, while tracking performance to optimize future campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform shifts to keep content relevant and discoverable.
  • Collaborate with creative, influencer, and growth teams to amplify campaign reach.

Content Management

  • Develop and manage the brand’s content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural tentpoles.
  • Oversee production of high-quality short-form videos, social graphics, photography, and written content.
  • Ensure content reflects Crowned Skin’s brand voice, visual identity, and cultural positioning.

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers via comments, DMs, and live interactions to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Identify and activate superfans and ambassadors to extend organic reach.
  • Track community sentiment and report insights back to leadership.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs across engagement, reach, conversions, and CAC/LTV impact.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for content optimization.
  • Partner with growth and analytics teams to test creative formats and measure ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Partnerships & Influencer teams to align content with affiliate/creator campaigns.
  • Support product and retail launches with integrated content campaigns.
  • Ensure content is optimized for TikTok Shop and eCommerce storytelling.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
  • Hands-on content creation skills (video editing, copywriting, photography).
  • Ability to balance cultural creativity with data-driven optimization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for men’s grooming, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing.
  • Proven success in building engaged social communities and scaling organic reach.

Marketing Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts at BuildOps

Leads personalized account-based marketing programs for enterprise clients, coordinating cross-functional campaigns and leveraging AI tools to accelerate deal velocity and pipeline creation.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Job

BuildOps is transforming how commercial contractors run their businesses by providing a modern, operations-focused platform that connects field, office, and finance. Joining the team means:

  • Working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where your programs directly impact revenue.
  • Partnering with high-caliber Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leaders who genuinely care about alignment and shared outcomes.
  • Having the mandate to experiment with AI and new approaches to define what “world-class ABM” looks like for our category.

If you want to build and scale an ABM engine that sellers love and use AI to push what’s possible, we’d love to talk.

Who You Are

  • You focus on the work and thrive where strategy meets execution. You love working shoulder-to-shoulder with sellers, understand their world, and build campaigns that help them win the hardest deals. You’re curious, outcome-driven, and comfortable pushing for better—grounding your opinions in data.
  • You know how to turn account insight into coordinated plays that create momentum, deepen relationships, and accelerate revenue. You understand that great 1:1 ABM is not just campaigns — it’s orchestration. You know how to align Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Product Marketing, executives, and customer-facing teams around a shared account strategy. You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You are also excited about how AI is transforming ABM — from account research and stakeholder mapping to personalization, insight synthesis, and workflow automation. You actively use AI tools to increase speed, quality, and sophistication in your work.
  • As a Senior ABM Manager at BuildOps, you will lead highly personalized 1:1 ABM programs for a focused set of Strategic and Enterprise accounts. You will act as an extension of the account team to help drive pipeline creation, accelerate opportunities, and support BuildOps’ move upmarket.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own Strategic 1:1 ABM Programs

  • Develop and execute bespoke ABM strategies for a portfolio of Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
  • Partner directly with Enterprise AEs, SDRs, Sales Leaders, and RevOps on account planning, whitespace analysis, stakeholder mapping, and deal acceleration strategies.
  • Build highly personalized multi-channel engagement plans tailored to account priorities, buying committees, competitive dynamics, and sales stages.
  • Support high-value opportunities through coordinated plays designed to improve engagement, multi-threading, executive alignment, and pipeline progression.

Drive Account Team Orchestration

  • Operate as an embedded extension of the account team across Sales, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, Product Marketing, and leadership.
  • Facilitate strategic account reviews and identify opportunities to improve account penetration and deal velocity.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for account orchestration, executive engagement, and opportunity acceleration.

Description

About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager based in the US (East Coast preferred) to lead marketing efforts in the US and Canada. You will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline for our Practice Management Software among private hearing care practices and enterprise hearing retailers. Reporting to the Marketing team in Copenhagen (a small, collaborative group of 3), you will work closely with a growing North American sales and business development team.

This is a hands-on, versatile role in a scrappy environment. While Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is central, you will be a true jack-of-all-trades - equally comfortable crafting personalized ABM campaigns as you are writing compelling copy, proofreading assets, developing messaging, or supporting day-to-day marketing execution. Occasional travel to Copenhagen HQ and North American industry events is expected.

Location & Travel: US-based (East Coast preferred for time zone alignment). Occasional travel to Copenhagen and North American events. Right to work in the US required.

What you’ll own:

  • Own ABM Strategy & Execution:

    • Build and continuously refine the target account list with Sales leadership, segmenting into 1:1, 1:few, and broader tiers.

    • Design and run personalized 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays - including account-specific value propositions, custom content, intent-led nurturing, executive engagement, and direct mail/gifting - to drive engagement, qualification, opportunity creation, and post-sale expansion for high-value accounts.

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner deeply with Sales teams on account planning, joint outreach, meeting generation, and pipeline acceleration. Lead cross-functional efforts around named accounts and establish the operating rhythm that keeps marketing, sales, and customer success aligned.

  • Measurement & Impact: Implement a robust measurement framework to track and prove ABM effectiveness, including account-level engagement, pipeline influenced/sourced, deal velocity, win rates, and ACV lift.

  • Establish Market Presence:

    • Position Auditdata Manage as the go-to PMS solution for operational efficiency, reduced admin burden, and enhanced clinical care.

    • Create messaging and account-specific narratives that resonate with practice owners, administrators, and C-suite buyers at enterprise hearing retailers.

  • Full-Spectrum Marketing:

    • Execute across the marketing mix - content creation, copywriting, proofreading, campaign development, sales collateral, webinars, email nurturing, performance tracking, and more.

    • In a lean team, you’ll own projects end-to-end.

  • Field Marketing & Events: Lead high-value moments such as executive roundtables, customer advisory boards, and key industry events (e.g., AAA) as project manager for major initiatives.

  • Tech Stack & Optimization:

    • Select, implement, and optimize our ABM tech stack (intent data, account engagement platforms, marketing automation, and attribution tools) in collaboration with MarOps.

    • Analyze performance and iterate quickly.

  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Copenhagen marketing team (including Product Marketing and Content) for global consistency while driving North American priorities.

Your profile:

  • ABM Expertise (Core): 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years hands-on running 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing programs for enterprise accounts.

  • Proven track record of measurable pipeline and revenue impact from named accounts, with the ability to discuss specific plays, results, and learnings.

  • Versatile Hands-On Marketer: Bias for execution in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments. Skilled in copywriting, messaging, content strategy, proofreading, digital campaigns, sales enablement, and moving fluidly between strategy and tactical delivery.

  • Partnership & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with Sales and global teams. Excellent stakeholder communication in English, including with senior executives across time zones.

  • Skills & Tools: Strong command of ABM tech stack (e.g., intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase, account engagement, marketing automation, attribution). Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), MAS (Marketing Automation Software like HubSpot), and analytics. Comfortable choosing tools and driving adoption.

  • Results-Driven & Scrappy Mindset: Thrives in high-ownership, scale-up settings. Proactive, data-oriented, and able to deliver impact with limited resources.

  • Industry Experience (Highly Preferred): Deep knowledge of the hearing care/audiology sector or other adjacent MedTech relevant industries. Prior experience marketing to hearing aid dispensers, private practices, audiology clinics, or enterprise hearing retailers - ideally gained at a large hearing aid manufacturer, hearing care network, or B2B company serving this space. You understand the buyer journey, practice management challenges, and competitive landscape.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot.

Why Join Us?

  • Play a pivotal role in expanding a proven European success story into the North American market.

  • Work on a mission-critical product that helps hearing care professionals spend less time on admin and more time delivering excellent patient care.

  • Join a collaborative, international team with a scale-up culture - your impact will be immediate and visible.

  • A global team that spans Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.

Feels like it’s a perfect match to you?
